  • Sign-up early for your pick of time slots! Deadline April 16, 2026.

    Recommended age: middle school and up unless volunteering with a parent.

    All volunteers should check in at the volunteer booth at Chestnut and Grant Street before their first shift to sign in (if needed for credit) and get a shirt. Sign-out and have any credit forms signed at the same booth.

    Final details and schedule will be sent out by Monday, 4/20

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.

  • Select the time slot(s) you want to volunteer. You will be scheduled for all slots you pick. The festival is from noon-7pm.

     

    DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR MORE THAN ONE QUANTITY PER TIME SLOT.

    If your plans change, please let us know ASAP.

  • Do you need proof of volunteer hours? You MUST check in AND out at the Info booth at Chestnut/Grant. Bring any forms you need signed.

    Volunteer agrees to hold RPLA Inc. harmless and assumes all risk involved in participating in the Roselle Park Arts Festival and agrees to follow all safety guidelines and instructions by the Roselle Park Police, Fire and Health Departments and RPAF staff and volunteers.
