SYLLABUS ENTRIES

Deadline: March 14

Please submit how many couples you are entering in each event for Newcomer - Gold levels. 

Please submit how many individual dancers you are entering for Solo syllabus events.

NAME LIST

Please submit a list of all dancer's names who are included in this registation. You may either attach a file, or type the names into the text box. This is just a master list of names. You do not need to submit them by partnership or list what categories they are entering. 

Please split list BOY/GIRL so we can assign numbers to the boys. If you have any girls who are dancing as the lead or as solo in syllabus, please include her name on the boy list with a * so she can be assigned a number. 

Names should be by Last Name, First Name. 

Entry Fee Payment

Admission: $5/dancer (This fee only needs to be pay once per dancer. if you are paying it here you do not also need to pay it with their syllabus entry.)

Entry Fee: $15 Syllabus only

                $25 Syllabus + Open

                 $8 Pee Wee dancer
