TOArts Junior Conservatory Student Application
TOArts Junior Conservatory is open to middle school students (students entering 6th through 8th grades in Fall 2026).

Conservatory participants are selected via an application process.

Applicants will choose to apply for either the performance track (which requires a performance video submission in the realms of acting, singing, or dance) or the creative producing track (open to students interested in directing, music, casting, writing, or choreography). The creative producing track is open to students without experience as long as they can demonstrate a strong interest in the creative process.

A. Performance (Open to students interested in acting, singing, or dancing)B. Creative Producing (Open to students interested in writing, casting, music, directing, or choreographing)
All applicants for the performance track will need to upload a video of applicant performing one of the following: (not required for Creative Producing track)

1.) Actors/Singers: 32 bars (approx. 1 minute) of a musical theatre song or pop/rock song OR one monologue. Before song or monologue, applicant should slate their name, song or monologue title, and musical or play that the piece is from.
2.) Dancers: Approximately 1 minute of a combination in whatever dance style you prefer (jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, etc). Please do not send footage from recitals or productions. Before the combination, the applicant should slate their name.
