- In addition to your booth fee, there are other associated costs that Cultural Survival does not cover (transportation, lodging, food, etc…)
  
  Cultural Survival does not provide transportation between your hotel/lodging and the event locations.
  
  To factor in costs, consider:
  Meals
  Eating in restaurants may cost about $30-60/day. With a kitchen/fridge and buying at the grocery store, it’s possible to minimize costs further.
  
  Transportation
  Before reserving a place to stay, please use Google maps or Rome2rio.com, to see how far the place is from each event and how long it takes to arrive. Some hotels are very close via public transit, and others are not. Taxis and Uber/Lyft are also options.
  
  Lodging
  You are welcome to bring a tent and camp Thursday night to Monday morning for free (07/23-07/26). There is also an indoor meeting room to sleep in (it's a shared space, all genders) for vendors from out of town who don't have tents. Please note there are toilets and sinks available but no onsite showers. Opportunities to shower will be made available.

- 2.The cost of lodging in Tiverton is $140-200/night plus additional cost for taxis (Uber/Lift) to the event location.

  3. The cost of lodging in Boston for before/after the Bazaar, is about $80 - $200/night.

- All booths are required to be covered by a tent and secured with tent weights provided by the vendor. CS has a limited number of tents to rent to participants. Artists traveling by airplane to the bazaar will be prioritized for rentals. Tent rentals are $100/10x10 or 12x12’ tent. If you request a tent and your request is approved, you will be charged $100 for the entire weekend per tent required to cover your assigned booth space.
