2026 Arbor Day Seedling Giveaway

Thank you for helping us celebrate Arbor Day by reserving a seedling! This program is supported by the National Wildlife Federation's Trees for Wildlife™ program.

Please see below for information on the program:

Once submitted you will receive an email from city staff confirming your reservation along with seedling(s) species.
Seedling pick up will be on Friday, April 24th (rain or shine) from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM at Wetmore Park Shelter located at 555 North Street, Sun Prairie WI 53590. If you are unable to pick up your seedling(s) at this time, please reach out through any of the contacts listed below to arrange an alternate pick up.
