Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to announce our upcoming Stop Motion Animation Day Camp on Saturday, March 28th, at the Hive at Sierra Vista CIC from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This day camp offers a chance for our campers to relish the joys of summer while reconnecting after the new year.

This event will be held in Sierra Vista, meaning it is open to campers who's parents are willing to drive them to Sierra Vista and pick them up from Sierra Vista if SV is not the town they live in.

-All participants must be 6-18 years old
-We will be providing hand sanitizer, wipes, and disinfectant.
-The event will be inside; make sure your child is dressed comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
-In the case of inclement weather or emergency, we may need to postpone the event and will notify you as soon as possible.

-Snacks will be provided.

Hattie B. BWIP and its board members will be following all Covid -19 precautions and CDC guidelines. We will do everything within reason to prevent exposure and spread through these guidelines and precautions. All participants will be required to wear a mask the entire time (except for eating). If your child does not adhere to wearing a mask, you will be turned away or called to pick them up. All parents dropping off are required to wear a mask; if you do not adhere to wearing a mask, you will be turned away. If you or your child contracts Covid-19, you agree to hold Hattie B. If you or your child are experiencing any Covid- or flu-like symptoms at the time of the event, you agree to withdrawing your child from the event. If you or your child test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days following the event, you will notify Hattie B. BWIP of possible exposure. We will protect your/your child's privacy but will do a general notification of possible exposure to those who attended the event.
