Patient Imaging Workflow Form

Instructions

1. Plug the camera USB cable into the computer & turn on the camera.
2. Use either New or Current Patient workflow as appropriate.
3. Prepare the patient (headband, clean skin) before beginning the session.
4. After the session, turn off the camera to charge it and close the session.
5. To export an image, right click > Export filter if you want a copy on OneDrive.
6. Press the clinic logo to preserve patient privacy.
