First Baptist Bryan coordinates emergency assistance in the areas of food, shelter, and clothing, as funds are available. All completed applications will be submitted to a pastor serving on the Benevolence Committee for review. Once the application has been reviewed, a member of our team will contact you by email regarding next steps. An interview may be required as part of the review process. If you are in need of shelter, FBC Bryan will direct you to call Twin City Mission at 979-775-5355. FBC Bryan does not pay for hotel/motel rooms.

Please note that First Baptist Bryan may choose to provide full assistance, partial assistance, or no assistance based on available funds, church guidelines, and the nature of the request. Due to limited funds, not all requests are able to be fulfilled. Submission of this application does not ensure or guarantee financial assistance or payment.

Incomplete applications cannot be processed. Any missing required information may result in an inability to review or consider your request. Applications containing false, misleading, or altered information will not be processed.

FBC Bryan can provide assistance with either Utility or Rent. FBC does not pay both Utility AND Rent. You must reside in either Bryan, Texas or College Station, Texas. FBC Bryan does not assist outside of the Bryan/College Station area.

For Utility assistance, attach a copy of your utility bill into the space provided below. The name on the bill must match the name on this application. Contact your utility company and give permission for First Baptist Church Bryan to have access to all information on your account. Failure to contact your Utility company will result in noncompliance and your application will be discarded.

For Rent assistance, attach a copy of your rental agreement into the space provided below. The name on the rental agreement must match the name on this application. Ask your landlord to email a W-9 form to benevolence@fbcbryan.org along with your name in the email. This W-9 form is for tax reporting purposes. FBC Bryan will not obtain this for you.
