Dear Crafters/Vendors,
The 2026 Phoenixville Juneteenth Committee is preparing a day of festivities on June 14, 2026 and are currently advertising for crafters/vendors.
Please note that we will be accepting hand crafted items, jewelry and various boutique items. Vendor fee for a 10’ X 10’ space is $25.00. Spaces will be assigned as registrations are accepted. Vendors must submit completed applications with fee to Phoenixville Juneteenth, 1503 Eland Downe, Phoenixville, Pa. 19460 no later than Saturday, May, 31st You will be sent a copy of your approved application to keep for the day of the event. Nonprofits are FREE but an application must be provided. Please note, there will be no refunds.
Crafters/Vendors will be able to set up on Sunday at 12pm and shut down at 6:00 pm. Due to safety requirements, all vehicles must be moved to a designated parking area one half hour prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own products/materials (ie tents, tables, chairs and any other materials needed). The Juneteenth committee has the right to inspect all booths. Food Vendors, after completing this form, please provide a copy of your food license.
