Vehicle registration inside the Gate to the field from 7 am to 9:30 am.

 Open to the public at 9:30 am

Awards Presented at 2:30 pm. Vehicles are parked on a first-come, first-served basis. Car Clubs that arrive together will be parked together.  No holding spots for late arrivals after cars have been parked.

Entry can be paid by check (Make payment to Rakers Car Club) or via PayPal on our website (www.ptrakers.com). Please note your PayPal account number on your Registration Form. Entry Fee: ($20 if we receive your entry before June 1st) $___________ $25 after June 1st  ENTRY FEE ENCLOSED $_____________________  We are using a new system as the awards are determined by the judges, what we call Rakers’ choice. If you have questions, ask someone when you turn your registration in.

 RELEASE: I understand that the Rakers Car Club is not responsible for loss or injury to my property or me. I also understand that the Rakers Car Club may not be held liable in any way for any occurrence in conjunction with any participation in the Rakers Car Show that may result in an injury, death or damage to me or my family, heirs or assigns, and in consideration of being allowed to participate in this event. I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with said event or any harm, injury or damage that may befall me, including all risks connected there with whether seen or unforeseen, and further agree to save and hold harmless the Rakers Car Club event, and persons from any claim from me or my family, estate, heirs or assigns out of my participation in this event. I expressly release the promoters from any liability or all such loss or injury if I desire. I will provide my own insurance, as I understand none will be provided by the promoters. I also understand that the transfer of all money and paper to the Rakers Car Show is the responsibility of the buyers and sellers. Sales tax collection is the responsibility of the seller. Applicants understand registration and payment are subject to acceptance by the show management. Show management reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason. Refunds are at the sole discretion of show management. I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this affirmation and release, or that I have the written consent of my parents or guardian, that I understand the terms herein and contractual and not a mere recital, and that I have signed this document of my own free will. It is my intention by this instrument to exempt and release the Rakers Car Club from all liabilities whatsoever for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or in the course of my participation.
