All Mother Culture Sourdough Products are organic and non gmo. To aid in digsestibility all products are fermented for over 48 hours.

After ordering PLEASE submit payment to hold your bread! Everything is made to order, specifically for you. If your name on payment platform is different then here please make sure you specify! Cash at pickup is accepted at Vistancia Pickup Location.

Vistancia Pickup is Friday 4:30-7:30pm or Saturday after 8:30am. We recommend picking your orders up in the morning, and temp controlled items will be monitored until 12:00pm. After that we can not guarantee they will not overproof. You will receive an email after placing yor order AND 24-48 hours before pickup to confirm your order and if you don't have it you will get pickup address. (Cross streets 303 and lone mountain).

Anthem Pickup is Available Saturday Morning 8:30am, this is a Porch Pickup, orders will be on the porch.

Desert Hills Pickup is Available Saturday Morning 8:30am, this is a Porch Pickup, orders will be on the porch.

Please make sure after submitting that you receive an invoice to your email. If you don't your order did not come through.

Orders not paid for by Wednesday morning at 10am will be cancelled.

Venmo Payments: If you choose to pay via goods and services via Venmo, please add $1 to each item purchased. We pride ourselves on trying to keep our prices as low as ingredients will allow. If you need to make other arrangements please email me, info@motherculturesourdough.com

CASH: Cash is accepted at pickup at the Vistancia location only! There is a cash box at pickup, no change is available. (If you are paying cash, you do not need to pay the tax, we will cover that). In addition it is best if you can pay for the whole month at the first pickup, but we understand this isn't always possible.

Gift Cards: To use a gift card as payment, please bring the gift card to your first pick up for the month. And place it in the cash box. if you are not using the entirety of your gift card, please reach out via email or text.

Cancellations: ALL Cancellations must be made by 8pm on the tuesday before your pickup. If you cancel after this you are still responsible for 100% of your order total. If you do not pay for your order, you will not be able to order again until you have paid for your order. We are sorry for any inconvenince and understand things change, the nature of our small business is that Everything is made to order, just how you order it!

Order No shows: I will make 2 attempts to reach my customers if they should forget an order. However, if I receive no response within 24 hours or you fail to pickup after multiple attempts your order will be donated. You will still be repsonsible for payment on these orders.
