Vendor Fee: $50 per space

We reserve the right to refuse any vendor.

You may want to have a sign up sheet with timed appointments to help folks know when to be present for their session.

Readers & Healers will be set up separately from merchant vendors. You may sell wares at your booth, as long as you stay within your 10x10 space.

Description of Your Modality of Healing/Reading (this will be used as your Vendor Spotlight):

IF we offer this, Would you be likely to come on Friday evening for early set-up? There would be a limited time frame, and no security offered (I wouldn't suggest leaving products, just tent/tables etc). All tents set up would have to be securely staked & weighted.

Best Dressed Booth.

We will have a Best Dressed Booth contest. Products do not count as decor.

Winner will recieve a Gift from the Board & their vendor fee waived for one space for the 2027 Carolina Pagan Fest event.

Donation Item.

All vendors will be required to donate an item or service to Carolina Pagan Fest for the amount equal to $20 or higher. To be used in a Raffle or Auction. This donation will be due on the morning of the event, a volunteer or the Vendor Coord will come pick this up. The proceeds of the raffle or auction helps us continue to host this event every year.

Vendor Parking: Vendors will be Required to park in the Overflow Parking. A Shuttle will be available to take you from overflow starting at 8 am. One will also be available to take you to your car in overflow starting at 6 pm. A Note from Tavin to Vendors: Please take a deep breath. I know that the parking can be a bit of a struggle. But as we grow and evolve I have to make sure the needs of all are getting addressed. Due to this I need vendors to park in the overflow. Shuttle will be available at the times stated and clear instructions will be given when the time comes. The site guys work hard and could really use y'alls help in the parking logistics. If you feel you have a situation that needs more conversation, Please take it to Tammy and if she needs to loop me in she will and we will find a solution that can work for us all. Vendor Load in: Saturday 7:00am-9:00am. Canopies, Tables, chairs or any other items that you will need are the sole responsibility of you, the vendor. Vendors must be set up and ready by 9:55 am on event day. If you show up after 9, you will NOT be able to drive to the load in area, and you'll have to carry your gear from the Parking area. We recommend wagons/hand trucks to help you move your gear from the load in area to your assigned spot. Initial Below to show that you Read & Understand:

Vendor Load Out: Not to start until after 6:00. As long as other activities are going on, and the area is populated with people, NO vehicles will be allowed to move closer. I know that makes it harder to load out, but safety has to be priority. Initial Below to show that you Read & Understand:

There is no electric for vendors at this event, and vending is totally outside on the property. Some spaces will be in the wooded area, while other spaces will be in more direct sunlight...it's nature & aren't we all nature lovers ;) Initial Below to show that you Read & Understand:

Booths must stay open for the duration of the event unless a natural or unnatural disaster occurs. Leaving early or No shows will add you to our Block list. Initial Below to show that you Read & Understand:

Participation in this event in no way guarantees that a vendor will make any said amount of money and there will be no refunds of space rental fee for poor sales. We advertise, alert the media, and share on our social medias. We do ask that you also share on your social medias. Initial Below to show that you Read & Understand:

The Coordinators of Carolina Pagan Fest, Carolina Pagans with a Purpose Board, any volunteers as well as the property owners and/or The Maynard Community Center will not be held responsible in the case of inclement weather, vandalism, injury, theft, loss or damage of any kind. The Coordinators of Carolina Pagan Fest, Carolina Pagans with a Purpose Board, any volunteers as well as the property owners and/or The Maynard Community Center will not be held liable to any customer for any merchandise purchased by any vendor at event. If customer complaints arise and or action is to be taken about, any said merchandise or food item, customer will be directed to the vendor responsible for selling said merchandise.
