    This application is for the Pots, Plants, and Prints Artist Market hosted at the Iowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio (ICCGS) on Saturday, April 25th 2026. This Art Market and Studio Fundraiser will be held in conjunction with Cedar Rapids EcoFest in celebration of Earth Day. Regional artists will sell handmade works of art centered around plants and Earth Day. Unique pottery, art originals, and prints will be for sale by individual artists during this event at The Cherry Building, located across from the NewBo Market.

  • Sumbission Guidelines

    • March 18 @ 5:00 PM – Applications due
    • March 22 – Artists notified via email, invoiced for fee
    • April 1 – Artist confirmation & table fee due ($60-inside, $100- 10'x10' parking lot space)
    • March 22 – April 24 – Sale promotion
    • April 25 – Plants, Pots & Prints Market (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
    • Setup: 9:00 – 10:30 AM
    • Sale: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Takedown: 3:00 – 4:00 PM
  • Eligibility Requirements

    This event is open to regional artists creating handmade works that align with the theme of Earth Day. Accepted works include: Pottery, Original artwork, Prints, and Warm Glass Artwork. All work must be handmade by the artist. Manufactured additions (such as prints on apparel or pre-made frames) must not exceed 25% of the artist’s inventory. Preference will be given to works that align with the EcoFest theme of sustainability and nature.

  • Booth Preference

    Important details to review before selecting your space:Booth fees are non-refundable, regardless of preference.Inside spaces include one 6' table and 1–2 chairs.Outside spaces (new this year!) require artists to provide their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, and chairs.Outside spaces are located in the 11th Avenue Lot and are available on a first-come, first-served basis (only 6 available).Once all outside spaces are filled, artists will automatically be considered for an inside space.
  • Artwork Images

    By submitting 2-3 images, you grant ICCGS permission to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the event. Images must be representative of the work you plan to sell.
