  • To submit a nomination form you will need the following:

    • a completed nomination form in .pdf format (click here for the form);
    • Your biographical information for the website and the ballot which consists of:
      • a photo of yourself (in jpeg or png format); and
      • a bio of up to 250 words. 
    • you can further submit a poster on this form as well.

  • This photo will be used on the website and ballot to promote your candidacy.  Please ensure it is acceptable as outlined below:

    Use high-resolution quality

    Don't use filters or distracting backgrounds
    Make sure your face takes up at least 50% of the frame Don't use a selfie
    Look professional Don't use the George Brown College or Student Association logo anywhere in the photo
    Take the photo in a soft, natural light with a plain background
