    4. Harassment or inappropriate behavior results in removal without refund.

    5. Organizer may refuse service at discretion.

    6. Tickets are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

    7. Organizer not responsible for personal outcomes.

    8. Participation is at your own risk.

    9. Organizer may use non-identifying media for promotion unless opted out.

    Violations may result in removal.

  • LIABILITY WAIVER

    By participating:

    • I attend voluntarily and at my own risk.
    • I release organizers, venue, staff, and affiliates from all claims.
    • I understand dating outcomes are beyond organizer control.
    • I am responsible for my own safety and conduct.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    All registrations are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by the organizer. No-shows forfeit their ticket.
