Nearest Airport:

Lodging Information:

Motel and AirBnB lodging are located nearby for those wanting to stay off campus.

Regarding the C of I dormitories, there are two types available. Simplot Hall is a traditional dorm-style setup, with 2–3 people per room and shared community bathrooms. The rate is $30 per person, per night. Finney Hall is suite-style housing with 3 individual rooms within shared suites with one bathroom. The rate is $45 per person, per night.

Bedding is NOT provided, attendees will need to bring their own sleeping bag, etc. There is a Walmart nearby if you wish to purchase bedding after arrival at the camp.

Please let us know your roommate preferences. We will do our best to accommodate roommate request. Note: the dorms, cafeteria, and gym are air conditioned.

Breakfast and lunch at the campus cafeteria is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Or attendees can make their own arrangements for meals. There are grocery stores within walking distance from the campus.

The Saturday night banquet and auction will be catered by the College of Idaho, and the dinner will include 2 drinks. If you have special diet concerns or requests, please let us know.

All seminar participants MUST read and sign the following and submit this form with all other application forms.

I, the undersigned, do hereby voluntarily submit my application for participation and attendance in the 2026 US Nito Kendo Seminar, and hereby release all rights or claims for any injuries, loss of, or damage to personal property that I may incur while attending and participating in the aforementioned event.

I hereby waive any and all claims against the College of Idaho, Idaho Kendo Club, or any officials, agents, representatives, successors, and assignees of those individuals or organizations arranging or conducting said event.

I further state that I am in good health and physical condition so that I may participate in said event.

If I am less than 18 years of age, this release and consent must also be signed by a parent or Legal Guardian.

I have read and understood the information pertaining to the 2026 US Nito Kendo Seminar and hereby attest that all information given is correct to the best of my knowledge.
