  • Day 1 FRY Training

    Welcome to Day 1 of your FRY training. We hope you have a great shift.
  • Day 1 Training Date*

  • PART 1: Online Training-Complete BEFORE you start with trainer.

    Each day the trainee needs to complete a section of Online Training in Safety Culture. You can complete at home in advance or complete now. This should be done BEFORE starting in kitchen with trainer. If circumstances don't allow, ensure it is done before end of the shift.

  • PART 2: Trainer Review/Show

    Trainer spends time reviewing the following items with trainee before starting to cook or hands on training. If for some reason you are unable to review an item, simply do not check that item and note in your training notes.
  • PART 3: "Hands-On" Training.

    For FRY Day 1 Trainee preforms duties with trainer next to them supporting as needed. Check off the focus items you were able to spend time on with your trainee. If for some reason you are unable to spend time on a focus, simply do not check that item and note in your training notes.
  • 5 Min recap with Manager on Duty .

    Manager on Duty completes a 5 minute recap with Trainee. Review the checklist, answer any questions, and ensure ready for the next day of training.
