PAYMENT POLICY.
All training services require payment in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC. A processing fee may be required to secure your program and will be applied toward your total balance. No training services will be performed without payment.
By signing this agreement, the client authorizes NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC to charge the card on file for any remaining balances, late cancellations, applicable fees, damaged or unreturned equipment, and any outstanding invoices related to services provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, including no shows, may result in forfeiture of that session and may be subject to additional charges. NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
REFUND POLICY.
All payments made to NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC are non refundable unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC.
If training services are discontinued prior to completion, a partial prorated refund may be considered solely at the discretion of NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC based on services already completed, time reserved, and expenses incurred. No refunds will be issued once a majority of services have been completed.
EQUIPMENT POLICY.
Any training equipment provided by NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC remains the property of the company unless purchased in full by the client.
Clients are responsible for the care, condition, and proper use of all equipment provided during training services. Equipment must be returned upon request and in reasonable condition. Failure to return company owned equipment may result in additional replacement charges, collection efforts, and/or legal action.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS.
Client understands and acknowledges that dog training is not an exact science and that results may vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, the dog’s temperament, genetics, environment, consistency of training, health, and handler involvement.
NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding specific behavioral outcomes, performance, or results from training services provided.
PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT.
Client hereby grants NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and use images, video recordings, audio recordings, and likenesses of the client and/or their dog(s) during training, boarding, evaluations, group classes, or related services.
Client understands and agrees that such materials may be used for lawful business purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, social media, website content, educational materials, promotional campaigns, print materials, and other public or commercial uses.
Client authorizes NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC to reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, copyright, and otherwise use such content in any format or media now known or later developed, without restriction, notification, inspection, or compensation.
Client releases and forever discharges NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of such photographs, videos, or recordings, including but not limited to claims involving privacy, defamation, compensation, ownership, or approval of the finished product or use thereof.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY.
Client agrees to follow all training instructions, recommendations, safety guidelines, and handling procedures provided by NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC.
Client understands that the success of training depends largely on consistency, participation, follow through, and handling outside of scheduled sessions. Failure to maintain training structure, routines, and expectations outside of sessions may negatively impact results.
LIABILITY WAIVER.
Client acknowledges that working with animals carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, bites, scratches, falls, property damage, dog fights, or other injuries to persons or animals.
By signing this agreement, the client knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with handling, training, transporting, boarding, or interacting with their dog(s), whether on or off the premises of NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC.
Client agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal actions arising out of or related to the training, handling, or behavior of the client’s dog(s).
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES.
NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, safety concerns, aggressive or dangerous behavior, non compliance with training recommendations, inappropriate conduct, harassment, failure to make payment, or violation of company policies.
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will remain solely at the discretion of NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT.
By signing or electronically submitting this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms, conditions, policies, waivers, and releases outlined above.
Client understands that this agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the client and NJ DOGS TRAINING LLC and may be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
