Camp will be held outside of Kotzebue this year.

Leadership Retreat: June 29 - July 3

The leadership retreat is for campers that want to learn more about God and deepen their relationship with Him. This week is meant to be more intentional and filled with information and opportunities where the campers can grow in their relationships and leadership skills. The leadership campers may stay for the next week to be leaders among their peers, and if the space allows, they can stay for the middle school camp as main tent leaders. This retreat is available for high schoolers only.

High School: July 6-11

High school camp is for students going into 9th grade up to Spring 2026 high school graduates.

July 6th and July 11th are travel days to/from camp.

Middle School: July 14-18

Middle school camp is for students who are going to be in grades 6-8 this fall.

July 14 and July 18 are travel days to/from camp.
Note to village students/parents

NANA Regional Corporation has generously donated funds to fly campers TO and FROM Kotzebue from villages to attend camp in Kotzebue this summer. We cannot pay for travel from/to outside the NANA region. We will not be responsible for and liable to any incidents/accidents while campers are enroute to and from Kotzebue. Once campers arrive, we will pick them up and take care of them from there. The family is also responsible for any items lost or left in Kotzebue. If the student misses the boat/flight to Kotzebue, we are not responsible for getting them to Kotzebue.

Your camper may or may not be invited to help lead the middle school camp. The invitation depends on their participation and ability to follow rules determined by their behavior at the previous camps. If they are invited back, we will reach out to the number provided below to gain permission for them to be at the middle school camp. The campers that live outside of Kotzebue will either travel back home for the weekend, or they can stay in Kotzebue with family with permission from a parent/guardian. If they are staying in Kotzebue, Kattivik and any of our volunteers are not responsible or liable for them during the break between camps. This form will cover all the Kattivik camps that the camper attends this summer.

My Contract with Kattivik Bible Camp Staff:

I promise to support and uphold all rules and regulations set forth for Kattivik Bible Camp. I will attend all sessions, be on time, participate in every activity planned, be in my tent by curfew each night, and conduct myself in a Christ-like manner in every way. I desire God to speak to me and to others during camp. I will not bring or engage with alcohol, drugs, or tobacco at the camp. I understand that I may be sent home at my parents’ expense and without refund if I don’t comply with camp rules.

Picture and Video Release & Waiver. I understand that Kattivik Bible Camp, Changepoint Alaska, and its staff will be taking photos and videos of many aspects of the camp experience, and that it could be used in future advertisements and publications.
About lost, forgotten, or stolen items:

We are not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen item(s) that the camper brings with them. If your camper is bringing anything of value, and they are worried about it being stolen or lost, we have a locked safe that they can keep the item(s) in. However, we encourage them to leave valuables at home. If an item is forgotten, we will have a lost and found that parents or family members can look through after camp. Thank you for understanding.
Waiver and Release of Liability

The following is a WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY which releases Changepoint Alaska Church/Kattivik Bible Camp and its affiliates, associates, officers, employees, agents, servants, directors, volunteers, representatives, sponsors and any others (hereinafter “Releasees”) who may or could be liable for any claims, losses, liability, fault, damage, injury to person or property, medical bills or any other loss or claim which the undersigned have or could have as a result of any alleged incident, claim, negligence, act and/or omission of any kind or character. The undersigned forever discharges, releases and holds harmless Changepoint Alaska Church and Kattivik Bible Camp, and its Releasees from any allegations of any kind, including, but not limited to, negligence, breach of duty of claims in regard to the undersigned and any and all persons who the undersigned represent regarding attendance at any Changepoint Alaska Church/Kattivik Bible Camp activity.
The undersigned agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Releasees from claim, damage, injury, loss or suit, including any claims by third parties and agree to indemnify Releasees for any loss or liability arising out of any Changepoint Alaska Church/Kattivik Bible Camp or activity, even if Changepoint Alaska Church/Kattivik Bible Camp, and its Releasees are negligent or are alleged to be negligent.
