My name is Marty, and I’m a disabled, immunocompromised and covid-conscious queer person living in Washington State, USA.

I put together this mini survey for U.S.-based Covid Conscious people to post mutual aid requests in a “Community Care Catalogue” I'm making. It's an up-to-date listing of U.S.-based Covid-conscious offerings and mutual aid asks (I hope to expand internationally soon).

Covid-conscious people have been cut off from many resources and most community support, so I wanted to create a way where we can find and support each other.

Who can add submissions to the catalogue?

Covid-conscious people around the world who want their mutual aid requests to be seen by more people.

What do I need to know about this survey?
- The information you provide will be used for the catalogue!
- It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
- I'll clearly mark whether questions are required, optional, or not used directly in the catalogue.
- I am only able to provide a catalogue in English at this time, but encourage others to reach out if they want to start one themselves in another language!
