NFYFC Youth Adventure Residential 2026

arriving by 2.00pm on Tuesday and leaving at lunchtime on Saturday.

NFYFC has organised an activity weekend for members under the age of 18.

This is a five days and four nights outdoor adventure with a conservation twist in Herefordshire.

Who Can Join?
If you're aged 14 to 17 on 1st September 2026, you're in!
(That means you must be at least 14 but not yet 18 by 1st September.)

We're heading to the stunning Wye Valley, staying in 'The Burrow' beside the River Wye on the England/Wales border.

The data collected in this form is to support your active participation in the above NFYFC event. The data will be used by the organising team to support your inclusion. The data will be held, stored and retained in accordance with NFYFC Privacy Policy https://www.nfyfc.org.uk/privacy

The total cost of the trip will be £200.00 per person - which includes all activities, meals and accommodation (just bring a sleeping bag).

Station pick-up available; potential group travel (subject to numbers) from central Warwickshire, along the M42/M5/M50 route as well as Birmingham International and/or Ledbury/Hereford stations.

Once a brief reference has been obtained from your County Office an invoice will be sent for a deposit to secure your place of £100.00 and this will be required by Friday 17th April 2026.

The outstanding amount will be due Friday 26th June 2026.

We will run a webinar on the evening of Wednesday 18th March where you will have the opportunity to meet the team and raise any questions.

Details of this will be sent ou along with the itinery and kit list once bookings/deposits have been made.
