Policies
No food or drinks in the dorms or gym. Water is an exception.
Christian conduct is always expected.
Camper is responsible for own belongings.
Report all illnesses and injuries to First-Aid Attendant.
Your group agrees to keep all vehicles and golf carts off the grass, patios and sidewalks. All vehicles must always remain on roadways. Do not leave a vehicle parked on the roadway, use parking lots for all temporary and long-term parking.
Your group agrees not to prop any door open, especially in the kitchen/dining hall where state regulation will not allow.
Your group agrees not to remove/move any furniture items from the buildings where they reside, including chairs, tables, carts, and sound equipment provided by HRCA.
Your group agrees not to deface camp property by using tape, tacks or nails on interior and exterior walls and blinds.
Hanging Rock agrees to provide a camp host.
Your group agrees to pay additional fees for damages to facilities and equipment incurred during any of the events.
