Clinic will house 16 riders, based on a lotto draw which will be done on March 31st.
Participants selected by the draw will be required to pay $250 non refundable deposit by end of day on April 1. Balance due by April 15, along with shavings orders & camping spaces.
Riding entry fee - $425 plus HST - includes 4 lessons, showmanship clinic, supper Friday night, lunch Saturday & lunch Sunday & sweater.
Youth auditing fee - $120 plus HST - includes auditing all lessons & showmanship clinic, supper Friday night, lunch Saturday & lunch Sunday & sweater. Auditing is for youth members only. Auditing fee must be paid at the time of registration.

No Stall fee per night; however bedding is NOT included. You can purchase with your booking or bring your own.
- Youth (18 & under) require parents signature
-Youth (18 & under) waivers that have been signed allow members to ride without a helmet. This always sits at the discretion of the parents
- Participants responsible to provide hay, bedding & grain
- Participants are responsible for looking after their horses
- Groups will be decided by the MQHA Adult Youth committee

UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF ANY TYPE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
PARTICIPANTS EXHIBITING UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT IMMEDIATELY AND WILL FOREFEIT ALL PAID FEES.
THIS WILL BE AT THE DIRECTION OF THE MQHA YOUTH COMMITTEE AND MQHA BOARD OF DIRECTORS. UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT COULD RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF PARTICIPATION IN FUTURE MQHA EVENTS
