If you are registering as an individual:
- Please enter your own details as the Main Contact AND as "Attendee #1"
If you are registering as a group:
- You'll need a "Main Contact" from your club/organization
  - This person does NOT need to be attending Refresh
  - BUT they ARE the person who we will:
    
    email the registration confirmation & receipt
    
    contact with any questions about your registration form
    
    call in case of emergency at Refresh (in addition to the emergency contact listed)
- Registering 10+ people?
  - This form only allows up to 9 registrants.
  - Please split your group on separate registration forms
  - Remember to keep at least 3 people on each form or the group discount code won't work!
