    Artists have the opportunity choose the amount of catalogs they would like to receive on Intake Day, May 5th, 11 - 6pm.  

    Choose a quanitiy between 0-200 catalogs for free, quantities over 200 will cost $0.50 per catalog. 

     

    In the past artists received 25 catalog each on intake day. Now you have the choice for how many you would like. These are yours to pass out at your studio, at your local events and venues, or mail personally or though our mailing house. We aim to not create excess watse and use all out catalgos each year.  Please keep in mind that 200 catalogs is two full boxes; it is imparative that we do not create waste and that we select the number of catalogs that we will use. Let's be mindful please! 

     

    If you would like to mail some or all of your allotment (indicate using this  form), you can choose to mail them yourselves or through the mailing house that SebArts uses. The benefit to mailing yourself would be that you can package/personalize your catalogs with notes or envelopes.

    The benefit to mailing through our mailing house is that the cost will be lower because of our bulk nonprofit rates. If you choose to mail through our mailing house, you will not receive the catalogs you request to mail- all the mailer catalogs will be sent directly from the printer to the mailing house.

    The mailing costs will be paid by the artist; this cost will depend on the total bulk of mailers, meaning that the more folks that choose to mail, the lower the cost per catalog, per person. The cost per catalog to mail through our mailing house will be approximately $1.25 however this is subject to change and depends on the number of people mailing.

    Lastly, If you would like to change your requested amount or add/reduce the total catalogs or mailing, simply submit a new form, and I will use your most recent form as your choice.
