Welcome! I offer a few different coaching options depending on what you need:
Online Coaching (my most popular option)
This is the best option if you want a structured plan, ongoing guidance, and ability to train on your own time with no set schedule.
You’ll get:
- A customized program delivered through the Trainerize app that's based on your goals, whether that's building strength, muscle, or flexibility.
- Exercise demo videos + clear instructions for every movement
- Ability to log your workouts and track progress in the app
- Programs updated every 4-6 weeks depending on your progress
- Direct access to me. When something comes up in your training, message me and we’ll fix it quickly so you can keep progressing
Custom 8 Week Program
If you just want a plan to follow on your own, this is for you.
I’ll build you a customized program based on your goals and experience level, but without ongoing coaching or check-ins.
Virtual Personal Training
1-hour sessions over FaceTime or Zoom.
We’ll train together in real time, go over your form, and make adjustments on the spot.
We can focus on strength training (home gym with basic equipment is ideal), flexibility training, or a combo of the two.
1-on-1 Personal Training (Cambridge, MA)
If you're looking for in-person training, I train clients at Dirty Water Fitness in Cambridge, MA.
