What is Reiki and Sound Therapy?
Reiki is a gentle, integrative energy modality that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. During a session, energy is directed through light touch or hands held slightly above the body.
Sound Therapy uses therapeutic sound frequencies to promote relaxation and energetic balance.
These modalities support the body’s natural ability to restore balance but are not a substitute for medical care.
Empowered Energy & Wellness services are holistic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed medical care as needed.
Occasionally, individuals may experience a temporary “healing response,” such as fatigue, emotional release, or mild physical symptoms, as the body integrates energetic shifts. These responses are typically temporary.
Payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
