The Club at Cobble Creek reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor, or proposed exhibit that has not been approved by the club. It also reserves the right to permit only such materials and conduct as it deems appropriate. This reservation applies to persons, objects, conduct, printed materials, advertisements, souvenirs, emblems, and anything else that may affect the event.
The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, The Club at Cobble Creek, along with its members, officers, directors, and volunteers, against any damages to property, personal injury, or loss caused by the exhibitor or their agents, representatives, volunteers, or any other persons.
The exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability for any injury to persons or property related to their display, or caused by the exhibitor, their agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
