GRADUATION 2026 - RECENT ALUMNI REGISTRATION FORM
Beginning this year, alumni who graduated within the past five years are invited to enjoy complimentary meals during convention and graduation events when they return to campus. For the 2026 graduation season, this would apply to members of the Classes of 2021-2025.

This form is to be filled out by FOUNTAINVIEW ALUMNI from the Classes of 2021-2025 ONLY.

All other attendees should fill out either the Parent Registration Form (for families of 2026 graduates) or the General Registration form instead, which will be open in May.

Current Fountainview staff and students do not need to register.

Up to 7 meal tickets will be provided, free of charge, for each recent alumni from the Class of 2021-2025. You can use these during graduation weekend.

Additonal cafeteria meals during graduation will be charged at $15 per meal.

When you arrive on campus, please pick up your meal tickets from the front desk. You will need to submit the meal tickets at each meal.

Please note that meal tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please refer to the amount in the "Total Amount Owing" box below, indicate your planned method of payment, and make payment accordingly. All payments must be received prior to graduation weekend! Where possible, please have payments finalized by June 10, 2026.

Please Note: Payments will not be processed as donations; no donation receipts will be given. All rates listed are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

To process your payment through etransfer or debit/credit, please click the link in your confirmation email. You will then be taken to the school's portal to process the payment based on your location.

Volunteers

Graduation is a very busy time at Fountainview and we often get requests about volunteering in exchange for meals and/or lodging. Unless the school specifically asks you to volunteer during Graduation weekend, we are unable to grant such requests, due to the number of requests we get each year. If you are here and would like to help in a specific area, we certainly welcome your support. Speak with whoever is in charge of that area (i.e. Cafeteria, Janitorial, Grounds, etc.) and they can let you know what help is needed.
