Oyster Tasting Log

The Alaska Oyster Voyage is a partnership between the Alaska Shellfish Grower's Association and Alaska Sea Grant. We invite you to record the the oysters you try and their unique aspects and tasting notes. Each time you log an Alaskan oyster from a different farm or at a different venue, you will be entered into a monthly drawing to win oyster themed swag from around the state. Oyster Entry

Upload photos of each time you try a new Alaskan oyster to be entered into our seasonal swag drawing! Selfies (AKA Shell-fies) encouraged.

Extra Credit: Snap a photo of the oyster tag that accompanies each delivery of oysters from an Alaskan farm. Your server should be able to provide this tag if you ask.

Alaskan oyster sellers are required to retain the unique tag that comes with each batch of oysters. This tag includes important information such as farm name, location, and date harvested.
