Rivergreen Landing Apartments is an affordable housing community. Affordable housing provides financial stability by offering high-quality homes at rents lower than market-rate apartments. Unlike subsidized housing, rents are not income-based or adjusted. Instead, rents for each unit type are set at a fixed rate based on local income guidelines.

Due to Oregon compliance regulations, applicants enrolled as full-time students are not eligible for the affordable housing program.

To qualify for affordable housing at Rivergreen Landing Apartments, your total household income must be at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Benton County.
