AGM Voting Proxy:

In order to have a quorum, representation of a majority Voting Members is necessary. Voting Members who cannot (or may not) attend are asked to please assign proxy to the Executive Committee. Members aged 18+ are eligible to vote.

If you want to assign proxy to other members, please request a proxy form from lac.manitou.lmcc@gmail.com.
