NMYAFL CHEER COACHING STAFF ROSTER FORM
Per the new NMYAFL Coaching Badge rules, each cheer team will be issued a maximum of 5 coach badges and 1 team mom/dad/manager for a total of 6 badges per team per season.

Fill out the form below listing all of your 2026 Spring or Fall staff members which includes assistant coaches & team moms. Trainers do not need to get listed here. If an assistant coach or team mom is not listed they will not be able to get a badge.

If you are coaching in the spring and in the fall you'll need to fill out one form for each season.

● Each Cheer Team will be issued a maximum of 5 coach badges and 1 team manager badges for a total of 6 badges per team per season.

● Badges will be issued prior to the start of each season and no badges will be issued after the first regular season game of the season.

● Coach and Team Manager badges must always be visually displayed (around the neck).
