Juneteenth Augusta Community Performer Spotlight
To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Juneteenth Augusta, we are giving the community a chance to help discover and showcase local talent from across the CSRA.
Two performers will be selected through a community nomination and voting process to perform live at the Juneteenth Augusta Festival on June 19, 2026 at the Augusta Exchange Fairgrounds.
This is your opportunity to help spotlight artists who represent the creativity, culture, and energy of our region.
Why this matters
Selected performers will:
- Perform live at the 10th Annual Juneteenth Augusta Festival
- Be featured in official Juneteenth Augusta promotional campaigns
- Receive community recognition as part of this milestone celebration
Artists may nominate themselves or be nominated by someone who believes in their talent.
After nominations close, the Juneteenth Augusta Entertainment Committee will select a group of finalists. The community will then vote to determine two performers who will earn the opportunity to take the stage at the festival.
We encourage the community to nominate talented performers who represent the spirit, creativity, and cultural expression of the CSRA.
