About the Retreat
This is a small, thoughtfully curated weekend retreat for women. Join us for a weekend of reflection, empowerment and sisterhood.
Over the course of a 2-night, 3-day gathering (Friday 4:30 PM – Sunday 10 AM), we will come together in a peaceful natural setting to unplug from the pace of daily life. Reset your nervous system. Leave inspired.
The Purpose
As women, we hold space for others constantly —
This retreat is designed to hold space for you.
Our focus is primarily on grounding, nourishing your spark, embracing your community.
And just as importantly — you’ll leave rested.
What the Weekend Includes
Each day follows a steady, spacious rhythm:
- Morning yoga or gentle movement
- Prepared meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Session on lymphatic drainage
- Nature breaks and intentional downtime
- Session on self care massage
- Restorative or sunset practices
- Evening discussion or fireside integration
There are built-in transitions between sessions and generous blocks of free time for hiking, journaling, forest bathing, farm tours, or simply doing nothing at all.
*For licensed providers, sessions may qualify for CE for license renewal. This is continuing education, without nervous system overload. All are welcome to attend, even if not a provider.

If you are not licensed by the MN board of Cosmetology, there is plenty to get from this retreat.

What is the lodging situation?
Lodging is shared accommodations in a peaceful retreat setting. A large quaint farmhouse hosts several rooms of bunk lodging, sitting rooms, lounge, wrap around porch.
Rooms are comfortable, simple, and designed to support rest. Room assignments will be confirmed after registration.
If you prefer to share a room with a specific person, you may request that during registration.
What meals are included?
All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast are included.

Is there free time?
Yes — intentionally.
Each day includes spacious blocks for rest, hiking, journaling, or simply doing nothing. This retreat is designed to support both learning and nervous system regulation.
Is this a party atmosphere?
No. This is a restorative, alcohol-free event designed to maintain a grounded and professional environment.
Who is this best suited for?
This is suited for any woman looking for a grounding retreat. This is your opportunity to unplug in 800 acres of nature with like-minded women centering on energy restoration. Folks who enjoy: yoga or movement, meditation, forest bathing, light hiking, swimming, canoeing, crafting, campfires, eating well, sharing space with women in your shared community.
This is also for beauty and wellness providers/ educators who value meaningful conversation, skill refinement, structured CE, and a calm environment.
What is the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Full cancellation terms will be outlined in your registration agreement.
Is this approved by the Board of Cosmetology?
All sessions are structured to meet Board requirements for Teaching Methodology and Clinical Practice. Final approval details will be shared once submission is complete.
