    About the Retreat
    This is not a conference.

It’s not a packed hotel ballroom with fluorescent lighting and back-to-back lectures.

This is a small, thoughtfully curated weekend retreat for women within the health, wellness, and beauty space.

This is for yoga instructors, cosmetologists, massage therapists, doulas, reiki providers and other wellness educators and providers who want continuing education that actually feels nourishing.

Over the course of a 2-night, 3-day gathering (Friday 4:30 PM – Sunday 10 AM), we will come together in a peaceful natural setting to deepen our teaching skills, refine our clinical confidence, and reconnect with why we became wellness providers in the first place.

Earn your credits. Reset your nervous system. Leave inspired.

    The Purpose
As providers, we hold space for others constantly — students, clients, teams.

This retreat is designed to hold space for you.

Our focus is primarily on grounding, nourishing your spark, embracing your community of other like-minded providers.

There will be emphasis on Teaching Methodology, with integrated Clinical Practice sessions that strengthen how we demonstrate, supervise, and guide hands-on skills. Which will qualify for continuing education credits with the MN Board of Cosmetology. Rather than passive listening, sessions are experiential, reflective, and collaborative.

    You’ll leave with:

    • Stronger classroom leadership skills
    • More confidence teaching hands-on techniques
    • Clearer communication strategies
    • Renewed creative energy
    • Practical tools you can implement immediately
    • And just as importantly — you’ll leave rested.

    What the Weekend Includes
