We are located next door to Wee Explorers up the stairs at Barnhill Farm. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays Barnhill Farm is closed and entry will be through the exterior doors. I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child named above and give permission for them to attend Little Amigos Spanish Kids Club classes. I confirm that any medical conditions, allergies, or medication requirements have been fully disclosed, and I agree to inform Little Amigos Spanish Kids Club of any changes. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise staff to seek appropriate medical assistance if I cannot be contacted. Children must be toilet trained to attend classes, and while staff will always support children appropriately, they are unable to provide intimate personal care; parents/guardians may be contacted if a child becomes unwell or has a toileting accident.

I understand that Little Amigos Spanish Kids Club aims to provide a fun, safe, and respectful learning environment for all children. Respectful behaviour is expected, and persistent disruptive behaviour may result in a child being withdrawn from classes without refund. Class fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Little Amigos Spanish Kids Club; missed classes cannot be transferred or refunded. Children will only be released to a parent/guardian or authorised adult, and authorised collectors must provide the agreed collection password. Parents/guardians are responsible for collecting children promptly at the end of class, as supervision is provided only during scheduled class times.

Little Amigos Spanish Kids Club processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information provided is used only for class administration, communication, safeguarding, and emergency purposes, and will be stored securely. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for safeguarding reasons. Medical information is treated as confidential special category data. Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting [hola@littleamigoskids.co.uk].
