Together We Bake’s focus is on supporting low-income women who are navigating barriers to employment and are motivated to transform their lives. Through our non-profit social enterprise, we prepare program participants for quality jobs that offer not just employment but pathways to opportunity, growth, and family-sustaining wages. Our goal is that each woman who walks through our doors leaves with the tools and support needed to create a better future for herself, her family, and her community. To be eligible to participate in the Together We Bake program, applicants must be:

Serious about developing realistic life goals and working toward them
Able to function in a highly structured environment
Ready to commit to adopting healthy behaviors and attitudes
Physically able to work
Serious about employment post-graduation
Willing to be the best version of themselves starting now, moving forward. Whether it be your current job, your personal life, or even when working with team members.
