SAFE HOUSE
Where you are NEVER alone.

Welcome,
Thank you for being here.
Our intent is simple: to meet you where you are. Wherever you find yourself right now—full of faith, full of questions, wounded by past experiences, or unsure what you believe—you are welcome here.
Those who have reached a mountain top do not stand at its peak and shout directions to others. They descend the mountain and walk back up alongside someone who is willing to climb. We believe this is how Jesus walks with us—patiently, with love and grace—and how we are called to walk with one another. We are here to walk with you, not ahead of you and not above you. To do that well, we first need to listen. This questionnaire is simply a way for us to better understand you and some of your life experiences. Share only what you feel
comfortable sharing
. Your responses are confidential and meant only to help us care for you more thoughtfully.
Take your time with these questions. If you do not know an answer or do not feel ready to answer something, it is okay to leave it blank. You are not behind. Growth happens at different paces for different people, and there is no shame in that.
You are free to move at your own pace here.
Trust that God is not finished with you.
And allow us the privilege of walking with you, imperfectly but sincerely, as we all seek to grow in grace and truth.
Thank you,
The Staff of the Safe House

True growth is a process.
The first step is often realizing how much the world tries to define who you should be. Our hope is that through study, prayer, reflection, honest conversation, and the grace of God, you may begin to discover who you were truly created to be.
You are not alone—even when you feel alone.
It is our prayer that in this space you might encounter a love that does not divide, label, or discard, but instead restores and dignifies.
The world often offers comfort without healing; Christ offers purpose, healing, and meaning.
Whether you continue this journey with us or find another place to walk it out, we pray you experience the peace and love of Jesus Christ guiding your life.
We pray people come to know Jesus as He is, and not how he has been portrayed.
"How much better to get wisdom than gold, and good judgment than silver." – Proverbs 16:16
May God bless you with wisdom and peace.
In Christ,
The Staff of the Safe House
