• TR Collection: 4-Week Wig Stylist Intensive

    PAID TRAIL PROGRAM APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT POSITION

  • Position: Wig Stylist (Full-Time / Part-Time)
    Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA (in-person)
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9a-1pm (2-4hrs daily training)
    Program: 4-Week Paid Trial Intensive ($10/hr)

    Program Start Date: May 18th, 2026

     

    After program completion: 9AM–4PM ET (occasional Saturdays)

    60-90 Day Training Pay $15/hr - Permanent Position $20+/hr

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking passionate, detail-oriented Wig Stylists to join our team.

    All candidates will be selected through our 4-Week Wig Stylist Intensive (Paid Trial Program) — a structured, hands-on training and evaluation experience inside our production environment.

    This program is designed to identify individuals who can meet TR Collection’s standards in quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

    Not all participants will be selected for permanent employment.

     

    Responsibilities:
      • Wash, bleach, tone, and style wigs to brand specifications
      • Perform color customization (jet black, highlights, ombré, etc.)
      • Prepare and customize lace (bleaching, plucking, etc.)
      • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
      • Assist with inventory, packaging, and production workflow
      • Meet daily and weekly production goals
      • Ensure all wigs meet TR Collection quality standards


    Requirements:
      • 1+ year experience preferred
      • Understanding of HD lace and raw/virgin hair
      • Ability to style with precision (curls, crimps, straight, layers)
      • Reliable transportation
      • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
      • Coachable and able to take direction
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
