Nominations for the 2026 Ditmar Awards

The 2026 Ditmar Awards are open to work first published in the 2025 calendar year. Nominations will be accepted from natural persons active in fandom, and from full or supporting members of Swancon 50//Natcon 2026.

Information on categories and the eligibility of persons or works, please refer to the Ditmar Rules (archived page).If you wish to nominate a work of fiction but you are unsure of its length, nominate it in one category only and the Ditmar subcommittee will allocate it to the correct category.

You may nominate as many times in as many categories as you like, although you may only nominate a particular person or work once. Space is provided below for up to five nominations, but if you would like to nominate more you can do so by filling out and submitting another form.

Nominations close 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time Monday 30 March 2026.

Nominations should include the name of the writer or artist being nominated and the work you are nominating them for. You can only nominate a piece of work for a single category, but you can nominate different works by the same writer or artist.

Nominations for Best New Talent should include a brief sentence describing the reasons they are nominating that person.
