CUSTOMER INSPECTION AGREEMENT

Charm City Honey Bees LLC will perform a professional on-site inspection to assess visible honey bee, wasp, hornet, or other stinging insect activity and provide service recommendations based on observed conditions.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

• This inspection is for evaluation and estimate purposes.
• Removal, if needed, is a separate service with separate pricing.
• Some conditions may not be visible until further work is performed.
• Safe access to the inspection area must be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your inspection, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, unsafe conditions, or inability to access the inspection area may result in loss of the inspection cost and may require a new payment to reschedule.
