  • Check-In Availability

Our leadership team believes it’s important to stay connected and support one another, which is why we’ll be doing check-ins with anyone interested in being a counselor. We want to hear how life is going, discuss any challenges you may be facing, and see how we can help. Your well-being matters to us, and these conversations are one way we can continue to foster a caring and supportive environment for everyone.
  • Pastoral Reference Information

Pastoral references for all counselors, including those returning, are required. Please provide the contact information for your pastor. This is very important, as child safety issues make it more and more crucial to do due diligence on all people serving with kids. If your reference does not respond, we will be contacting you to for help getting this information.
  • General Questions

Church attendance is an essential part of kid's camp leadership. We rely heavily on the church for spiritual development throughout the year. We are looking for people who are growing in their faith, being poured into regularly with teachings and community. As leaders in any ministry we need to have support because we were not created to do life alone
  • Authenticity and Authorization

By electronically entering (signing) my name below, I agree that the given information is true, and extend authorization to Winding Creek Camp or its representative to verify the information on this form. As a Christian, I will strive to present a Christ-like example in my actions and attitudes by abiding by camp rules, cooperating with its leadership and fellow staff persons, and placing the needs of the camper as a top priority at all times. The camp may contact my references and appropriate government agencies for background checks.
