Entry fee 報名費: 每隊 HK$650 per team

每隊成功報名的隊伍可獲贈由DECATHLON送出KUIKMA 匹克球組Open - 雙球拍、雙球與防塵罩（價值港幣$399）

NESA Membership fee 會員費 (One year from the date of submission of the form 由遞交表格起計算一年): 每位 HK$100 /person

Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and participation is confirmed only after payment is completed. 參賽名額先到先得，完成繳費後方視為確認參賽資格。

付款後即確認報名，不設取消或退款。（如賽事因天氣延期或名額已滿，可安排退款）
