Monroe Co. 4-H Fur, Fin, and Feather Fun Show Registration

Event Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026. Location: Barney Center, 1000 E. Montgomery St. Sparta, WI. DEADLINE to enter is April 12. Entries made between April 12 and 15 will be charged a $10 late fee. Show will be cancelled if minimum numbers are not achieved by April 15 at midnight. No entries will be accepted after April 15. Enter multiple animals with one form and for a flat entry fee of $10 per exhibitor. Please complete all applicable sections and submit payment to confirm your entry. Online payment is preferred. Payment must be received before entries will be accepted. Substitutions only day of show.

If you are sending a check, make checks payable to the Monroe Co. 4-H Leaders Association and mail or drop off at Monroe County University Extension, 206 S. K Street, Sparta, WI 54656 before April 15. Entries will not be accepted until payment is received. Fees will not be accepted on the day of the show.
