Terms and Conditions
1. Space Restrictions: In person vendors will receive a standard 6'x5' space to showcase and sell their products/services. Toronto Made Market will curate their online virtual market with the same aspect ratio for each participating vendor.
2. Space Assignment: Vendors will be listed under their respected categories for their products (i.e. Accessories, Home Decor, Art, Clothing, etc).
3. Non-Transfer of Space: Vendors may not transfer or sublet their space or any part thereof to permit the same to be used by any other person without the prior written consent of the event staff.
4. Liability: The event will not be responsible for any products and/or services sold or offered by the Vendor. Each vendor indemnifies Celebrate Toronto, it’s staff, and volunteers from any litigation resulting from any loss or damage that they may incur to them.
5. Refunds: Full refunds will be granted up to 14 days prior to the event date.
6. Event: Celebrate Toronto and Toronto Made Market act as event hosts and are not responsible for vendor sales volume. Attendance estimations are based off statistics from previous events and we are unable to guarantee specific attendance, nor can we control where attendees spend their time.
7. Exclusivity: Please note we reserve the right to admit other vendors with similar products.
8. Statement of Inclusivity
a) Celebrate Toronto strongly believes that it is our responsibility to promote and defend diversity at our shows.
b) Celebrate Toronto has a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, bullying, and hate speech. Among, but not limited to, the discriminatory conducts that we find unacceptable are bullying, any form of verbal or non-verbal harassment, or abuse toward anyone for any reason. As such, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions and/or remove from our shows any person that, in our judgment, fails to adhere to our zero-tolerance discrimination and/or bullying policies.
c) The Market seeks to create an environment in which a diverse people can celebrate, thrive, and succeed. We believe all people should feel they are valued and know their presence is wanted. We encourage all attendees, participants, and vendors to work to understand each other and move beyond simple tolerance to embracing and celebrating the rich dimensions of diversity.
d) Diversity and equality are essential to who we are, and respect for everyone is a core part of our identity. Discrimination based on gender, age, race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religious or ethical values, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, physical ability, or other attributes will not be tolerated.
9. Completion of Reservation Agreement Form: The Vendors registrations form must be completed in full and must include full payment. Application for space and its acceptance constitutes a contract. Each vendor acknowledges agreement to these rules and regulations via payment for a vendor space fee and signature on the terms and conditions form.
