2026-27 St. Louis Leadership Academy Application Form
This academy is for educational leaders who are passionate about improving their instructional leadership skills. Aligned with Missouri Leadership Development System Competencies, the 41st annual Leadership Academy emphasizes the importance of building capacity of instructional practices correlated to high academic achievement for students. Leadership Academy's year-long experience develops effective leaders who: demonstrate their roles as lead learners, develop and cultivate positive productive professional relationships, develop skills to effectively develop teachers and create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

2026-27 Meeting Dates:
Orientation Meeting: May 28, 2026 Virtual (4:30 - 5:30 p.m.)
State Kick-off: June 8 & 9, 2026 Columbia, MO (Wyndam Executive Center)
Regional Meeting: September 10, 2026 EducationPlus (8:30 - 3:30 p.m.)
Statewide OLE: November 4 - 7, 2026 (YMCA Camp Lakewood)
Regional Meeting: December 3, 2026 EducationPlus (8:30 - 3:30 p.m.)
Statewide Meeting: January 20 & 21, 2027 Columbia, MO (Wyndam Executive Center)
Regional Meeting: February 11, 2027 EducationPlus (8:30 - 3:30 p.m.)
Regional Meeting: April 8, 2027 EducationPlus (8:30 - 3:30 p.m.)
Statewide Graduation: June 9 & 10, 2027 Columbia, MO (Wyndam Executive Center)

Price: $1,000.00 - includes all Outdoor Leadership Experience (OLE) costs but does not include hotel and evening meal costs for statewide meetings.
