Family-Friendly Policy
Girard Events requires all vendors to provide products and services that are appropriate for a family-friendly audience. This means no explicit, offensive, or controversial items. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment for all ages, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this standard.
Vendor Competition Policy
Girard Events is committed to creating a diverse and vibrant marketplace for our attendees. While we carefully select our vendor lineup, we do not offer exclusivity or non-compete agreements. Multiple vendors may offer similar products or services, allowing for a wide variety of options for our guests. We encourage all vendors to highlight their unique offerings to stand out and attract customers.
Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and agree that Girard Events, the Girard Chamber of Commerce, the City of Girard, and their representatives are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property, products, or belongings during the course of this event. I understand that I am solely responsible for the safety and security of my items and agree to release the Girard Events, Girard Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Girard from any liability related to such incidents.
Additionally, I understand that Girard Events, the Girard Chamber of Commerce, the City of Girard, and their representatives are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event. I assume all liability for any incidents involving myself, my staff, and my booth space.
General Event Guidelines Outdoor Event Notice: This is an outdoor event, and vendors should prepare accordingly for weather conditions, including wind, rain, or extreme temperatures. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. In the event of rain, we will attempt to make other arrangements, but not guaranteed.
Vendor Setup & Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and canopies/tents. Tent weights are strongly recommended for stability in case of wind.
Electricity: Electricity is not guaranteed. If electricity is required, vendors are encouraged to bring their own generators.
Setup & Readiness: Setup begins at 4 PM all vehicles must be off the road by 5 PM, vendors must be ready 6 PM.
Clean-Up Policy: All vendors are required to remove all trash and clean up their booth space before leaving the event. Vendors who fail to clean their area may be subject to a fine.
