All sponsor levels include:

• A 10-foot by 10-foot area will be available on the block party grounds to sponsor an activity; 

• PA Announcements: Your company will be recognized during announcements made during the day from the main entertainment stage all afternoon. 

 
NAMING SPONSOR - $3,000 (limited to 2)
• Signage: Your company name or logo will be printed on the banner hanging over Springfield Ave for the month of May with a special designation as a naming sponsor;

• Premium booth location by the main stage

• Stage: Logo will be on the banner at the main entertainment stage. You will also be able to speak at the opening or close of Block Party.

• Posters: Your company will be recognized as a naming sponsor on Block Party Posters and all press releases.

 

PLATINUM SPONSOR - $2,000 (limited to 3)
• Signage: Your company name or logo will be printed on banner hanging over Springfield Ave for the month of May;

• Premium booth location near the main stage

• Stage: Logo will be on the banner at the main entertainment stage

• Posters: Your company will be recognized as a sponsor on Block Party Posters and all press releases.

 

GOLD SPONSOR - $1,000 (up to 10)
• Signage: Your company name or logo will be printed on banner hanging over Springfield Ave for the month of May;

• Stage: Logo will be on the banner at the main entertainment stage

• Posters: Your company will be recognized as a sponsor on Block Party Posters and all press releases.

 

RIDE/ACTIVITY SPONSOR - $250 - $500
• Sponsorships are available on a number of children activities and inflatable rides.

• Signage: Your company name will be printed on a sign at each children’s ride/activity; level of sponsorship will dictate number of sponsors (no more than four) at each activity; 

• Side Stage Banner:  A sign naming your company as a sponsor will be hung over the side stage;
