Food vendor with electricity (10X10 canopy/tent), with electricity $70 (we will take 4 ONLY) 5. Food truck without electricity, $80 6. Food Truck with electricity, $100 (we will take 2 only) 7. All vendors are asked to remain till the close of the festival.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, chairs, and extension cords(@least 100ft).Let us know if you need electricity!
Motor vehicles may unload in the vendor area but do not move within the vendor area from 3:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Festival cannot be liable in any way for damage, lost work, or injury to persons participating. If insurance is desired, it must be secured by the individual exhibitors. All reasonable care will be exercised.
Food vendors must submit a menu of what will be served. All food items sold must be in compliance with Arkansas Health Department Regulations. Contact the Russellville Health Department.
First come, first serve basis. No refund for any reasons.
Important: the application deadline is May 1, 2026
By signing the above applicate shall forever release and hold harmless the Asian Heritage Festival, Filipino American Community, it's officers, and volunteers from all liability, judgments, suits costs, and actions including attorneys' fees and all costs of litigation of every kind and description brought or rendered against the Asian Heritage Festival or Filipino American Community against all liability loss, damages, claims or actions for any bodily injury and/or property damage pf persons or property by reason of any act of failure to act by its officers, members or volunteers.
