Canine Good Citizen (CGC) & Trick Testing Pre-Registration

Canine Good Citizen Testing is available May 22-25, 2026 from 10am-4pm

AKC Trick Dog Testing is available May 24th, 2026 from 10am-4pm

Testing Information

Appointment times are for group appointments.  Testing should take approximately 10 minutes per dog. 

Dogs will be tested in the order of check in. 

Please arrive to the testing site at your designated appointment time to avoid running out of testing time before the next group of scheduled dogs. 

If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, you will forfeit your testing fee and need to repay to schedule a new time.

If you will be testing for both Canine Good Citizen and Trick Novice, please schedule your CGC testing first so the completed test form can be approved for 5 of your required Trick Novice tricks.

CGC & Trick Dog Testing Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

I certify that I am the owner or authorized agent of the owner of the dog entered in Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and/or AKC Trick Dog testing held in conjunction with the Memorial Day Cluster, hosted by Coeur d'Alene Dog Fanciers (CDADF) in conjunction with Spokane Kennel Club.

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club and by all rules and instructions of the event officials and club representatives.

I certify that:

My dog is in good health and is current on vaccinations appropriate for its age.
My dog is not aggressive toward people or other dogs.
I will maintain control of my dog at all times.
I accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by my dog.
I acknowledge that participation in this event involves certain risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my dog, other persons, or other dogs.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:

Coeur d'Alene Dog Fanciers (CDADF)
Spokane Kennel Club
The American Kennel Club
Event judges, volunteers, officers, directors, and agents
The event facility and property owner
from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to my participation in this event or the actions of my dog.

I further agree that any cause of action, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to this event shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of the state in which the event is held.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms.

Further, I acknowledge that I have read the testing information and agree to the terms thereof.
